BOOTCAMP

BOOTCAMP is a high intensity interval training class. It's not a military kind of class where you're going to get yelled at (that's just not our style).

Expect to get huffy puffy, sweaty & have a few laughs. We think health & fitness is serious business but let's make it fun and enjoyable.

Every session is different. Some day's you'll get a little bit of running, some days you'll be lifting weights, but you'll always get a wicked all over workout with a highlight on the lungs. Good ole cardio - everyones favourite right? 

With heaps of timeslots each week, a BOOTCAMP is guaranteed to fit into your busy schedule & it's a great way to get you healthier, fitter & stronger!

6.30am Monday to Friday

5.30pm Monday to Thursday

6.30pm Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
