Love weights? You'll love LIFT!

This is our flair on a crossfit workout.

20mins of foot to the floor. It's one of those sessions that will leave you spread out on the floor at the end with steam coming off your forehead. 

The cool thing is, that you can go as hard or as easy as you like, with no set weights, you can tailor this session to you & attack it with whatever you have in the tank at the end of your busy day.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights at 7.30pm.

Expect a more rock inspired playlist, something with a bit more grunt!

We have 5mins of setup, 20mins of hard work & a 5min pack up. Although it's 20mins, we promise you'll be watching the clock just waiting for the timer to be up!

So much fun!
