Muscle Monday is dedicated to getting strong. Using household items, there's no need for "gym equipment".
Monday, Wednesday & Friday is our scheduled hang out, connect, learn and laugh sessions via zoom.
GOT SOME QUESTIONS?
WILL I NEED EQUIPMENT?
There's no specific GYM equipment that you'll need to workout with us, you won't even need much space. From time to time we will incorporate a towel or some heavy objects around your home but we will help you get creative and give you plenty of notice to organise what you need.
CAN I DO THE WORKOUT IN MY OWN TIME?
You betcha! All of our workouts are recorded and uploaded right after the session so you can watch along anytime! If you enjoyed the session and want to do it again, you can. Our workouts are not only stored in video form but also as a PDF,
WHAT SUPPORT DO I GET ACCESS TO?
We are here to help you! We want you to succeed and have fun and having a support crew is part of that. Our Facebook Group (Click Here) is the spot where our community connects online. Post a "sweaty after selfie" so we can high five and celebrate you, ask questions or just participate. If you need alternatives to exercises due to pregnancy, injury, fatigue, etc reach out to us and we are happy to help. You can also interact with us during the live sessions via ZOOM. Our Cuppa & Chat sessions are also another way to connect and be supported by the trainers and your fellow FBFMers.
HOW DO I DO THE SESSIONS?
All you need is a smart phone or laptop. We run the LIVE sessions through Zoom and Facebook Live. But if you don't have facebook all recordings are accessible through our online platform (HERE). Links to the LIVE Zoom sessions are posted in the Facebook group and online platform.
I HAVE AN INJURY?
That's ok! We can help with exercise alternatives to isolate the injury and use the limbs that are injury free.
BUT I'M NOT FIT?
We keep it nice and simple, here at FBFM. We want you to go until you can't. Then stop and catch your breath, then continue when you can. As your fitness builds you'll be able to go for longer and do more.
ARE THE SESSIONS HARD?
All of our sessions are scaled to your own ability. They're as hard as the effort you put towards it.
WHAT ARE THE IQ SESSIONS?
The fitness profession has overcomplicated health and fitness. The IQ Sessions bust through the jargon and discuss/educate on topics around simple health and fitness, including the mind, body, nutrition, etc. to show you just how simple it is. LIVE & On-Demand you can access at any time.
WHAT IS CUPPA & CHAT?
Cuppa & Chat is our online hang out and catch up. We have a topic to discuss (full group participation) which is a great way to learn and grow as well as get to know others in our FBFM Family.
